How does the service work?
Clients use the calendar found on this website to book a 1 hour in-person workout with Megan.
In the booking, you will designate the space (and address) where the workout will take place. Megan is currently only working with clients who are within a 30 minute drive radius of Colchester, CT.
In the booking, be sure to provide Megan with the important information, including what your physical (and aesthetic) goals are, if you have any significant limitations, and if you would like to focus on a desired outcome.
Megan has an array of equipment she brings to each workout and utilizes what is needed to achieve the clients goals. Workouts will typically feature a range of movements, weight lifting, and mobility work.
